First of all, NLU does not provide LL.B. Degree. Secondly if you have done with your graduation then it is wise not to go for B.A. LL.B. Course. You can go for LL.B. from either DU Law Faculty or from any central university.

CLAT is only necessary for 5 Years integrated BALLB course and 2 Years LLM course.
For Government Law College, Madras you should have to visit their website and check which Entrance Exam score they are considering.

As per my understanding BBA LL.B. Is 5 year law programme whereas LL.B. Is 3 years course. You can do BBA LL.B. After 12th and LL.B. After completing graduation.
