Application process generally start during July. For 3 years LL.B. The university conducts its own entrnace test. For 5 years it is through CLAT score.

You can do so, but still, it would be safe for you to check with the by-laws of your university, as in certain cases some universities do ban pursuit of additional courses or expect the students to seek NOC. You can complete two degree course as it is not illegal but it will not help you much. If you go for Part time MBA then also you will not be able to show both of your degree at the same time then what is the use of having such degree. If you are that much keen to go for MBA then first of all complete the course of Law and after that go for MBA. If one wants to practice law then B.A. LL.B. Or B.Com LL.B. will be a good choice. After doing the course, one can start their own chamber or can specialise in the various fields like accounting and taxation. Doing CA CS or ICWAI can add extra weight to your CV.
