My dear candidate, Bachelor of Legislative Law, or Legum Baccalaureus in Latin, is what LL.B. Stands for. After graduating from high school, students can enrol in the LL.B. Programme by passing LL.B. Entrance Exams like the CLAT. To pursue a career as a lawyer or any other goal involving the law, students must complete an LL.B. Programme. Merit-based admissions to LL.B. Programmes are made in addition to taking one of the several LL.B. Entrance tests, such as the CLAT. AILET ISAT, or DUET. IGNOU does not provide LL.B. Programmes, hence it is not feasible to obtain one from them.

Dear candidate, I'm glad to have you. In Orissa, there are over 23 law colleges that provide a range of legal studies programmes. Out of them, 30% are government-run public institutions, while around 70% are private colleges. Orissa's law schools are reasonably priced since around half of them charge yearly or course fees below one Lacs rupees. Here are a few of these colleges:
Odisha State University, Open
Utkal College
FMU, or Fakir Mohan University
Institute of Professional Education and Research, Amity University Online, Bhubaneswar
Hope it's useful.
