Pursuing LL.B. Through distance mode is not valid as per UGC. So never be pursue. Better to go through the regular mode.

The entrance test has a total of 100 questions with 100 marks to be attempted in 90 minutes. 60 questions will be based on Testing General Knowledge and Current Affairs 20 Aptitude for Law, 10 Testing Mental Ability, and the rest of the 10 questions testing English Language. The minimum cut-off mark required for qualifying entrance tests is 15% (For General). So the marks between 50-60 are good enough for admission in integrated law courses.

Yes, recently there was some law which allows 2 degree simultaneously. Refer UGC Guidelines for pursuing two degrees simultaneously, rules and process explained
UGC has allowed students to pursue two degrees at the same time. Students will be given a choice to pursue the degrees in physical mode, hybrid mode or online mode. Students will also be allowed to choose from a variety of disciplines. The complete guidelines have now been issued by UGC.

The average course fee for LL.B. Distance education ranges INR 15000 and 1.2 Lacs per year. The exact fee of the course differs depending upon the university.

As per the Himcapes college website, the fee structure of academic session 2022-23 is not available. The fee structure of academic session 2017-18 for LLB is given below for an idea.
Total fee for first year is Rs 30000.
