Admission is based on the candidate's academic performance. Class 12 or equivalent qualification should be passed from a recognised board with at least 50% aggregate. Applicants applying for this law programme must have valid CLAT exam scores, and their applications are shortlisted for the next round. Application forms are provided on the official website for applying. The Institute has the right to accept or reject the applicants if they find any inaccuracy or false information. The selection is solely based on a combination of an entrance exam and a merit list.

No, candidates are not allowed to get direct admission to the LLB course. The college offers seats for the LLB programme when candidates qualify for the entrance exam i.e., BMSCLAT. The LLB course, required candidates to go through a complete admission procedure which required that candidates must secure at least an aggregate of 45% in their bachelor's degree, and after applying for the programme they have to appear in the entrance exam. Lastly, qualify for the cutoff list released by the college based on applicants' scores.
