New Law College Bharati Vidyapeeth may have seats for SC/ST candidates as per the rules of state or central government. The school provide relaxation in eligibility to SC/ST candidates. New Law College BVP LLB minimum aggregate requirement for candidates belonging to these categories is 40%. Moreover, aspirants must hold the valid category certificate. It is required for verification purposes.

This programme is a postgraduate degree course and an undergraduate course in Law studies. The LLB course is a combination of the subjects related completely to Law. New Law College Bharati Vidyapeeth accept students for LLB courses on the basis of entrance exam scores. The university accepts BVP CET scores for admission to the programmes. Apart from this, candidates are required to qualify for the basic eligibility criteria prescribed by NLC BVP, i.e., candidates must qualify their bachelor's degree with at least an aggregate of 45% and 40 % for SC & ST students. Students who want to get admitted to this course, are required to make sure that they fill out the application form from the university's official website at the given time.

Currently, the college has concluded the merit list for admission to the 2024 batch. Students who have secured equal or more than the merit list are eligible to apply for the programme. The application form for BVP CET 2024 is closed now. The last date to apply was June 1, 2024. The authority has not released the BVP CET application dates for 2025. However, the dates will likely be similar to the BVP CET 2024.

The last date for the BVP CET entrance examination passed, was on July 27, 2024. Hence, candidates are not able to apply now for admission to the LLB course. However, candidates who have secured a valid score in BVP CET are eligible to apply. The university is not accepting a new registration for the LLB course. However, if a candidate is an 'existing user' and has secured good scores in the entrance examination. So, they can get admission based on those scores.

No, candidates can not take direct admission to LLB course at New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth. Aspirants must meet the eligibility criteria set by the college. Candidates should complete graduation/Post Graduation from any recognised University with a minimum 45% (40% for SC/ST) aggregate.
