There are a total of 240 seats for the LLB programme at KEI Kolkata. The institute admit candidates to the course as per the sanctioned seat intake. Kingston Educational Institute, Kolkata reserve the right to revise the seat intake in any academic year. Moreover, the aforementioned seat intake is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

After registration, candidates can then log in to fill out the admission form. In the application form, the candidates need to provide their personal (name, email, etc.) and educational qualification details. Additionally, the important documents also have to be uploaded. The application can further be submitted successfully with payment of an application fee of INR 1,000.
