LLM Counselling

The admission process for an LL.M. (Master of Laws) programme generally begins with meeting the eligibility criteria. Most universities require candidates to hold an LL.B. or an equivalent law degree with a minimum percentage, typically 50% to 60%, from a recognised institution. Some institutions also require a valid score in national or university-level entrance exams such as CLAT PG, AILET, or their own entrance tests. Applicants may also need to demonstrate proficiency in English through tests like IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE, especially for international students.After fulfilling the eligibility criteria, candidates proceed with the application process. This usually involves filling out an online application form on the university's official website, uploading necessary documents like mark sheets, degree certificates, ID proofs, and photographs, and paying the application fee. Shortlisted candidates are either directly admitted based on merit or required to attend a personal interview, group discussion, or written assessment, depending on the university's process.
