LLM Eligibility

To study LLM at Cambridge University, the applicants must meet the below-given entry requirements:A UK First Class Honors degreeThe minimum academic entry requirement for the Cambridge LLM course is a first-class bachelor’s degree from the UK university or the equivalent from an overseas institution. This means that the applicants should be generally placed well within the top 10% of law students in their jurisdictionAlso, the applicants may apply during the final year of their first degree in Law. The successful applicants who are studying towards a law degree, other degree, or similar relevant qualification at the time their application is assessed are likely to have an academic condition attached to an LLM offer

NALSAr University of Law offers admission to LLM programme through CLAT score. To get admission to the LLM programme, candidates must fulfill the following conditions:1. LLB or any equivalent degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate (For candidates belonging to General/ OBC/ PwD/ NRI/ PIO/ OCI category), or2. LLB or any equivalent degree with a minimum of 45% aggregate (For candidates belonging to SC/ ST category). Note: There is no age limit criteria for admission to LLM programme. Provided, if two candidates score's same marks in CLAT paper, then the candidate of higher age is given preference at the time of admission to the university. 

The eligibility criteria for MA is, the candidate should have bachelor’s degree in Law or LLB of three-five years, and selection is based on entrance exam for PG courses. AMU doesn't accept any national level entrance exam, the University conducts an in- house entrance exam for the selection process, as it is one of the criteria for the admission process. For registration the applicant needs to apply for the entrance exam through official website, to be considered for admission process. The registration fee is INR 500 which the candidate will pay at the time of registration through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking. For more information the candidate can visit the official website of the Azim Premji University.

LLM (one year) courses are available through the Jindal Global Law School at OP Jindal Global University in both residential and non-residential formats. There are several specialisations available for the residential LLM programme. The non-residential LLM programme in Environmental Law, Energy Policy, and Climate Change is provided in association with the Centre for Environmental Law, WWF-India. Both courses have entrance-based admission, which is followed by an interview phase. Additionally, applicants are permitted by OP Jindal Global University to enrol in a dual-degree LLM programme at Brunel University in the UK and Southwestern Law School in California.
