LLM in Assam

Students who wish to take admission at LLM in NLU Assam must meet the eligibility requirements. Students must have completed LL.B. Three-year/Five-year Integrated Degree Examination from an accredited university with a minimum score of 55% (or 50% for those in the reserved category). In order to be eligible students must give CLAT-PG exam. Additionally, candidates who meet the requirements must register for the NLUJAA application. The candidates who receive the highest scores in the entrance exam will be chosen. After the candidates' seats are assigned, their documents are verified, and the NLUJAA fee is paid, the final selection will be made.

The LLM programme at NLUJAA lasts for a year. The course offers seven different specialisations. The following is a list of LLM specialisations: Commercial LawConstitutional LawCorporate LawEnvironmental LawHuman Rights & International Humanitarian LawIntellectual Property LawInternational /International Trade LawA passing CLAT score is a requirement for admission to the NLUJAA LLM programme. In order to receive their final seat assignment, students must also go through the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) counselling process run by CNLU.Constitutional law, international trade law, administrative law, human rights & international humanitarian law, security & investment law, etc. are among the specialisations offered by LLM colleges in India.
