Gauhati University LLM admission is completely entrance and merit based. While students must have completed/ be pursuing (final year) their UG degree in the field of Law, final subject to a university-level entrance exam conducted by GU. For the 2022 academic year, the admission process for LLM at Guwahati University started in November with the opening of applications and the entrance for the same was conducted in December. Yes, Gauhati University offers a two-year LLM programme in the field of Law. Offered via six affiliated colleges under Gauhati University, admission to LLM is subject to a university-level entrance exam. On the basis of the scores obtained in the GU-conducted LLM entrance exam, a merit list is prepared with the names of the selected candidates. A list of the Gauhati University affiliated colleges which offer LLM programme include BRM Government Law College, Dhubri Law College, Dispur Law College, JB Law College, NEF Law College and Tezpur Law College.

 Mansarovar Global University offers LLM in 11 specialisations, namely Constitutional Law, International Trade and Business Law, Taxation Law,  Insurance Laws, Family Law, Corporate Law and Governance, Environmental Law, Criminal Law, Human Rights, Intellectual Property Law, and Jurisprudence.

DSNLU cutoff 2024 for the LL.M. in Criminal Law is based on CLAT scores followed by the CLAT counselling. As of now, CNLU has released CLAT Round 3 Seat Allotment results for DSNLU. The closing rank for CLAT 2024 Round 3 has not been released for the General category All India candidates.However, cutoff 2024 the CLAT Round 3 for EWS is 1810, for OBC is 3299 and for SC is 4242 . The CNLU will be releasing Round 4 on May 20, 2024. In case the ranks for Round 4 are out then it will be updated here.

No, it is not tough to secure a seat in LLM at MDSU. Candidates who are seeking to pursue this course from MDSU must focus on fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria for the course. Only candidates having a Bachelor's degree with minimum 55% aggregate in LLB or PG Diploma in Law can be shortlisted for the course. Candidates must also fill an online application from along with submitting the scorecard of previous education as supporting documents to increase their chances of selection.
