NLU Bangalore offers a total of 120 seats for admission to LLM. The admission are based on CLAT score. For admission to LLM course at NLU Bangalore candidates have to register through CLAT portal. Registered candidates for CLAT 2024 counselling will be called by CNLU through five provisional merit lists, each released by the Consortium of CLAT. Candidates, who have been allocated a seat in the provisional lists and applied for revision, should check the status of their seat in the CLAT provisonal lists.

Every year, the cut off marks for the NLU Bangalore LLM CLAT exam is affected due to the following factors:The difficulty level of the exam. In case the question paper is easy then the CLAT cut offs are expected to go high and vice-versa.Total number of applications received. If the total applications received are less then the cut off is expected to be relaxed. Total candidates qualifying CLAT exam. Admission to LLM programme is offered to those candidates who qualify for CLAT. Also, the qualified candidates have to pay the fee for their respective courses, which includes components such as Tuition Fee, Examination Fee, Security Deposit, Hostel Charges (if applicable), etc. Other than the course fee, candidates are required to pay a fee for CLAT application fee. The CLAT registration fee for General /OBC /PWD /PIO /OCI /NRI category candidates, is INR 4,000, and for SC /ST /BPL category candidates is INR 3,500.
