Candidates must note that the AILET LLM 2025 Exam pattern has been changed. There will no more two sections. The main subjects of AILET LLM 2025 question paper will be as under: Different branches of law (Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Administrative Law, Law of Contract, Law of Torts, Family Law, Criminal Law, Property Law, Company Law, Public International Law, Tax Law, Environmental Law, Labour & Industrial Law).The revised syllabus of AILET 2025 LLM has 100 MCQ questions pertaining to different areas of law. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect attempt.

ELIGBILITY CRITERIA :- The qualifying marks for the candidates belonging to the unreserved category is 50% marks or equivalent grade points in the qualifying examination.Candidates belonging to OBC/CW/PwD/SC/ST category should obtain at least 45% marks andHowever, rounding of a fraction will not be allowed, i.e. 44.6% will not be considered as 45%.

The total tuition fee for LLM at IILM University is INR 2 LPA. The duration of the course is two years. To apply for LLM admission at Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), you must have a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. You must also have a minimum of 7.0 IELTS or 100 TOEFL or 320 GRE score. Candidates with work experience in the legal field are preferred. The application fee is INR 1000 for general category candidates and INR 500 for reserved category candidates. The application deadline is usually in March.
