It depends on your objective to pursue LL. M. 1 year LL. M is more suitable for job and specializing in a particular subject of law.2 year LL. M is more useful for teaching jobs. I will suggest to pursue 2 year LL. M in corporate law from reputed law colleges like DU, Jamia, KUK, Lucknow University, etc. Best wishes.
