Hii, Distance degrees are not recognised by the Bar Council of India. There is a specific notification in this regard available online and at the BCI website. LL. M. has been recognised as a one year course too by the BCI and you may considered pursuing it full time at any University or Deemed University as per your choice. Thanks.

LL. M can be done via distance or regular mode. Few popular entrance exams for LL. M are CLAT PG/ DU LL. M/ Jamia / ILI/ TISSNET / IPU CET /BHU PET etc. You should be clear with your purpose of doing LL. M. One year LL. M is fast and suitable for corporate jobs while 2 year LL. It will not be a good idea to pursue Ph.D. and LL. M simultaneously. You can pursue any certification or Diploma course. LL. M can be done later on through distance mode from universities like KUK, Anamali.
