Eligibility for GNLU Silvassa requires that the candidates must have an LL.B. or equivalent with at least 50 percent marks, 45% in case of candidates of backward class/ Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe. Primary and mainly the good score acquired by a candidate in the PG CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) will also determine admission since GNLU chooses students according to ranking made by CLAT PG. First of all, both the universities will ask for a migration certificate at the time of Ph.D. /LLB degree award and that time you can present only one. Secondly, Ph.D. is a research work which requires complete academic devotion and simultaneous pursuance of LL.B. May hamper that concentration. Lastly, being a Ph.D. aspirant, if you can not find out UGC rules from their website then consider that you are not capable of research or Law work.

The total number of seats available for NUALS Kochi LLM programe is 40. Out of which 5% of the seats are reserved for Specially Abled Persons (SAP). There are reservations available for Kerala Domicile students belonging to different categories such as SC, ST, and SEBC. Yes, CLAT is required for LLM.All eligible candidates must fill the CLAT application form before the last date. The consortium released the updated eligibility criteria of CLAT for admission to 5-year LLB and LLM courses on its official website.LL. B. Degree (with not less than 50% marks) from any University/Institution recognized by Bar Council of India to be eligible for enrolment as an advocate in India. A Law Degree from a foreign university with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade as per Association of Indian University (AIU) Guidelines

PG College of Law, Osmania University does not provide a scholarship that is 100% for the LL.M. program. Although the college grants many scholarships and financial aids, which usually pay some fees only. Scholarships are given through government based on merit and economic background; therefore, full funding cannot be guaranteed, thus the applicants ought to be advised to seek their college administration to gain explicit information about the existence and requirement of scholarships.
