As per the UNIRAJ curriculum for LLM courses, a candidate has to earn a minimum of 30 credits each semester. This indicates that students are required to obtain a minimum of 120 credits in total to complete the degree. In addition, students must know that out of the 120 credits, no more than 60% can be obtained by passing the core papers. The rest of the 40% have to be secured by passing the elective papers.

Yes, the University of Rajasthan recognises the need to support the underprivileged by providing a relaxation in the eligibility criteria. For general students, the minimum eligibility criteria is set at 55% in bachelor’s degree. While for students belonging to the SC/ST/PH/EWS/MBC/OBC category, the university offers a 5% relaxation in the minimum mark criteria. Thus, students belonging to the aforementioned categories are eligible to apply if they have secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in a bachelor's degree.
