Yes, there is an examination fee for LLM programme which is INR 5,000 at Indian Law Institute. The total fee for LLM is divided into multiple components. A few of the fee components are one-time chargeable, while some have to be paid annually/semesterly. Indian Law Institute select candidates for admission to its LLM programme based on merit in ILICAT. The aspirants with a valid integrated law course/LLB degree passed with at least 50% aggregate can register to take the test. The application form can be filled out through the ILICAT official website. Candidates who meet the Indian Law Institute LLM eligibility criteria can participate in the ILICAT counselling to secure a seat. After the seat allotment, selected candidates have to report to the institute and pay the admission fee for the confirmation of seat.

Indian Law Institute admission for LLM opens with the ILICAT registration. ILICAT applications are usually released in March. Candidates can apply for the ILICAT via online mode. No deadline has been released regarding the submission of the application form. Once the applications are open, candidates can apply through the official website at iliadmissions.in. Additionally, the ILICAT 2025 Exam Date will be announced along with the official notification.

This is a one-year programme, which is divided into two semesters. Candidates must have passed an LLB degree or equivalent qualification from a recognised university to be eligible. In order to apply for the Indian Law Institute, a student is required to possess an LLB degree or a five-year integrated BA LLB with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Furthermore, they should pass the ILICAT entrance exam that is organised by ILI. However, for entrance to this course, candidates have to submit the documents that confirm their eligibility for the LLM course. This postgraduate law course cannot be pursued without meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria and passing the ILICAT examination.

In order to apply for the LLM programme at the School of Law at Christ University, candidates must have finished their LLB degree (either a 3-year or 5-year course) with a total of 50% aggregate from any recognised university in India or abroad as per UGC or AIU guidelines. Furthermore, students who are currently in the process of completing their degree exams are also permitted to submit their applications. Candidates in their final year must have achieved a score of 50% higher in all semesters of their undergraduate exams.
