BA B.Ed admission at LNMU is merit-based. The university offers limited seats for the course. These seats are allocated to applicants based on their merit in Class 12 or equivalent exam. Additionally, applicants are required to fulfil the preset LNMU BA B.Ed eligibility criteria. Hence, direct admission at LNMU for BA B.Ed is not possible.

In Bihar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University (LNMU) does indeed provide an integrated BA/B.Ed programme. Those who wish to pursue a career in teaching can enrol in this four-year dual degree program. One of the requirements for qualifying is to have completed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% (45% for reserved categories) of marks. Usually, the university administers an admission exam to determine who gets to enrol in the course. The LNMU integrated BA B.Ed programme prepares students for teaching positions in a variety of areas by fusing professional teacher training with a general BA degree.
