Canada's international business management has better scope as compared to MBA in supply chain management. The strong factor for this is that Canada is not a big gun in export, import and manufacturing operations. The large scale industries are very less in that nation. So in my opinion you should take international business and should stay back in Canada for 1 year and then migrate to other nation with high salary package.

If you have completed any graduation apart from diploma try doing CII's SCM certification which can help you to get a job. if not also then try searching Jobs for logistics and warehousing you will find it.

It really depends on your choice and the background of the degree you have in under graduation. Regarding placements, I see a little edge for supply chain but if your UG degree is in civil, construction management should be an obvious choice.
