It is better if you can specify a particular country so I can list out the best from the country. Otherwise you may check QS MBA ranking. UK and Singapore are good places for the same.

Students in this programme are taught about management of supply and handling the supply chain of a company. A supply chain manager has to take care of the dense network of suppliers of a firm. They also have to deal with the associated customers of that company. The supply, store, transportation and supply chain of the products have to be taken care by the supply chain manager.

Their is no such exam for supply chain management. You need to give regular entrance exams like CAT/MAT/SNAP etc.

I would like to suggest MBA in finance and banking has lot of scope concerned to HR, an average salary for MBA in finance would be 3-3.5 Lakhs P.A. It would also depends on company which they offer where there are students who placed for 7-8 lakhs package.

If you plan to move ahead in research, go for msc otherwise mba as its about management. UK will cost you between 16000 pounds to 70000 pounds with 6 months work visa whereas USA will range between 35-50k dollars with a year visa. Jobs are no guarantee as it depends on your own skills and motivation level.
