Pursuing MBA will be the best option for you. MBA in IT and marketing would be beneficial for you as you have IT background. Also, if you have good marketing skills then do MBA in marketing because some IT companies will hire you as an associate manager in sales and marketing to sell their IT products like software or hardware.
