Hi,
In my opinion, you better take a degree first. If you score minimum 50% in any degree along with MBA entrance examination then you can go for MBA in logistics and supply chain management.
There is no value in doing logistics and supply chain management course after 12th (if available).
It will be good for your career growth if you pursue it after degree.

Amity University basically follow certain norms in any courses they offer. You can check the average salary offered apart from that, they got excellent infrastructure.

You can be take supply chain management using SAP SCM module. This course is been provided by SAP itself, however fees could be high near Rs.2 lakhs, but most sought after for jobs.
