IELTS is an English Language Test. This is the test you need to qualify for your English fluency and Visa applications. Doing your BBA from a top university like DU, Christ University etc. will look good on your application, but not enough for MBA admissions, since most top ranked MBA abroad programs require applicants to have 2 year work experience including London Business School. You must also have a very high GMAT score. Check LBS MBA website and see what kind of students apply, you have to prepare your application likewise.
