There are many roles within a BPO, and if you are a customer service executive then universities will check how far you went ahead to satisfy customer needs, how innovative you were. Challenges you faced, teamwork etc. So no job is underestimated but quality matters and you have to showcase.

Hi Sharayu, for MBA in London Business School you must have completed your Bachelor's degree, have 2-3 years of solid work experience and must take the GMAT. Work experience is not mandatory for admission in majority of international B-Schools for MBA but all these BSchools prefers students with work experience.
