Yes, if you are working then attach an experience letter of the company or any certificate. If you submit all the documents then you will get an opportunity to study in London.

That's totally unheard of. There are A class courses you can do in India and then apply for UK universities. But it's still extremely uncommon. I would strongly suggest you to finish your class 12th in India and then proceed for a university in UK.

To get a course in UK, you have to pass class 12th. That's the minimum qualification for almost all the courses.
