I would say none of the college is 'best' for MBA. You are not have good marks enough to get tier 1 college, you can take 1 year for preparation (simultaneously have some work experience to give more and valuable weights on your profile) to ensure your chance for top Best B-School. LPU has only one campus across the world that is situated in Punjab.
To get an admission for B.Tech, and get the advantage of scholarship, you will be required to give the LPUNEST-2018 EXAM.
