Both Loyola College and Women's Christian College (WCC) are good for humanities courses.
But when we compare these two, Loyola College is better. Loyola beats WCC in the following aspects:
Loyola College is the only college in the state capital Chennai with "A+" accreditation from NAAC. According to NIRF rankings 2017, Loyola is at the 2nd position among all the colleges in India. For which you may refer:

As such, there is no percentage criteria to apply for M.Sc. in Chemistry. All you need to have is a B.Sc Chemistry with mathematics as an allied subject.

It is always favorable to attain above 80% in your boards to get into Loyola. Make sure you don't apply only for B.Sc Computer at Loyola, Apply for another course too. If you get into the other course, you can request a change of course later on but that is a huge process but possible.

Yes, there are no issues at all. Any group in plus 2 or equivalent works, and you have a great percentage. If you continue working hard, you will have a bright future.

As per my knowledge placement opportunities in Loyola College is good. As they provide the package of around 3 lacs min to 7 lacs max with average salary of around 4 lacs. The colleges provide you with top 3 big firms i.e. E&Y, KPMG, Delloite and many other companies like Cognizant, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, RBS, Citi Bank, etc. and the candidate who participate in this campus placement placed in one of this companies. Loyola College, Chennai is best as compared to Aimfill. Loyola has lots of years of experience. The campus is very well versed in facilities and they offer good quality education.
