It really depends on the college that it how much face that it has in the classroom so if the classrooms are really big than they can take 120 students and one classroom but if you are generally in commonly colleges these courses like MBA have 60 students at some most relevant number of students to teach in one classroom so that the teacher and student won't get suffocated and it will be easy for the professor to make the class in control and so they should be two sections for MBA course but if not then they will provide you a bigger classroom with projector screens and all so you should not worry about that you are studies want suffer according to your sections or anything else if you are happy with your college then it's okay.
