Send your graduation certificates on the official email id of LPU. They will tell after verification.

You will be eligible to appear for JEE Mains and Advanced after your Diploma from LPU as Diploma students who have completed their degree or are in the final year of doing. So, you are eligible to apply for JEE Mains, but will not be given admission to NITs and CFTIs. If they qualify JEE Mains, they will have to appear for JEE Advanced and they will be given admission like class 12th pass students. No lateral entry will be allowed.

Sheshu, yes you are eligible for govt.jobs as well as higher studies anywhere after a degree from LPU as LPU is UGC approved university. LPU students have also availed opportunities of Placements in government services like Indian Army, Indian Navy, Transport Corporation of India, etc. through on-campus/off-campus placement drives and SSB Interviews.
Work hard, prepare well for the job exam and clear the interview, you will get the job.

If your degree is recognised in India by UGC, then you can definitely apply. Just search for your preference of college/ university at daad.de.
You will need TOEFL/IELTS for it and may be additional test as per the university criteria.
