LPUNEST scholarship is applicable for every semester through the complete duration of the course and remains the same. That's the reason every candidate is suggested to appear in LPU NEST and try to score good enough to get the maximum benefit. The scholarship may be withdrawn in case of involvement in any disciplinary activity. And if a student gets a backlog he will be re-entitled to the scholarship after he clears the backlog. But as far as the study grant on the basis of LPU NEST is concerned, it is only one time and is fixed at Rs. 1 lac per student eligible to avail subject to conditions. Lovely Professional University provides a study grant of Rs. 1 lac per student to study at institutes like IITs/ NITs/ Iims/ NLUs/ IHMs/ NIDs/ IITs (DoD/ IDC)/ IIITDM/ NIFTs on qualifying the LPU NEST exam or can get admission to LPU programmes and avail scholarship of up to Rs.6 Lac. Dear Student the eligibility criteria to take admission into MCA programme at LPU is:-
Pass with 90% aggregate marks in BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or B.Sc. (Information Technology) or any Graduation with Computer Science as a subject for three years or B.A. Or B.Com. Or B.Sc. (any Graduation) with (Mathematics as one of the subject at Graduation or 10+2 level) or equivalent
or
Pass with 60% aggregate marks in BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or B.Sc. (Information Technology) or any Graduation with Computer Science as a subject for three years or B.A. Or B.Com. Or B.Sc. (any Graduation) with (Mathematics as one of the subject at Graduation or 10+2 level) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. The above means if you have secured at least 90 percent in your Bachelor degree you will be exempted from LPU NEST Exam. Based on the information on their official website you are eligible for 20 percent scholarship as you have scored 92 percent in 12th.
