No, You can not do Legum Baccalaureus LL.B. With 40 percent in graduation. BCI (Bar Council of India) Rules prescribes a minimum of 45 percent marks in the qualifying exam that is 12th or UG degree to become eligible to join a 3-year or 5 years LL.B. Degree programme in India. Some universities like Delhi University prescribe a minimum of 50 percent marks in graduation or post-graduation to become eligible to join the LL.B. Home State (or HS) Quota- Under the home state quota, the seats are reserved for candidates based on their state (domicile) of eligibility which is basically the state where they have completed their Class 11th and 12th from. Home State quota, basically, is the reservation of 85% seats of a college in a particular state, for the students domicile to that particular state. The remaining 15% seats are available in the All India Quota (AIQ), and is filled by the students not domicile to the state.

A scaled score between 320 to 380 is considered good enough to get admission to Law School Admission Test India colleges. The average Law School Admission Test score is 160. The application form will start from the 2nd week of November 2022 (Tentative) for the January session and for the May session application form will start from the last week of January 2023. The early registration process ends: 2nd the week of December 2022 (Tentative)
Registration close: 1st week of January 2023 (Tentative). Test Scheduling/ Admit card availability: 1st week of January 2023 (Tentative). Exam date: 2nd week of January 2023 (Tentative). During the course of freedom struggle from 1917- 1937, India saw a huge surge in socialism among localites. Even the freedom fighters came under the influence of socialist ideologies for the betterment of society. During the same vourse of 20 years came the great economic depression (1929-33) and made a lot of socialist countries suffer because of proverty and unemployment but USSR survived the economic pandemic, because of it's socialist path. This was one of the major reasons that in 1933 even Gandhiji stressed on adopting socialism among many other supporters of Indian National Congress.
