IET-Lucknow is an up government college. There is not so much sincere faculty. There are different branches so there are many faculty. In some branches faculty members are very fabulous and in other branches is less number of permanent faculty remaining is guest faculty. Most of study depend on your ability and self-focus and with help of internet. Placement in IET Lucknow is enough good in CSE, IT, EC, branches. Most of software companies visited here for recruitment and one or two core company may visit.

All the branches have a good placement record and CSE would be getting the highest placement. IET lucknow is one of the best govt colleges in uttar pradesh. It provides seats to the top students of upsee.

Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow is now probably the best college left available from this year where students can get admission, for B.Tech. Course, through UPSEE. As erstwhile HBTI getting university status, under HBTU Act, 2016 and opting to take admission through JEE Main from 2017. Also, there is a national college too named IIIT Lucknow. Nevertheless, due to non-completion of construction work, the faculty and campus of IIIT, Allahabad is being used as of now. For getting into this IIIT one need to take JEE Main exam.
