Yes, you can pursue M.Sc in Maharishi University of Information Technology, Lucknow. It is a UGC approved university.

Both are good. But, Integral - Lucknow is the best.

If you are not keen interested in computer languages, I don't recommend B.Tech in CSE or IT because in today's world there is a huge crowd of students in CSE and in near future there will be very tough competition in IT field.
So, think twice before taking CSE or IT.
