To be eligible for the course, candidates must passed Class 12 having minimum 60% aggregate with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects:Chemistry / Biotechnology / Computer Science / Biology/Informatics Practice/Information Technology.The final selection is done based on the last qualfying exam scores of Class 12.

APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University offers two UG programmes in the streams of Medical and Health Sciences, i.e. BPharm. Admission to BPharm programme is based on a candidate's UPSEE score (now CUET UG). To be eligible candidates must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ Biology as compulsory subjects with a minimum of 50% aggregate. Diploma in Pharmacy course recognised by the Pharmacy Council of India u/s 12 of The Pharmacy Act, securing a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in aggregate is also another eligibility criteria. The accepted entrance exam is CUET for BPharm course.
