LUMET has 100 questions in total. The time limit is 90 minutes, thus it is not possible to solve all 100 questions. Candidates must aim to solve a minimum of 78-80 questions correctly to get a good score. They should leave out questions which they find tough or are unsure of the correct answer.

LUMET questions are of easy to moderate difficulty level. They are very straightforward and not very lengthy or tricky. However, candidates need to keep in mind that they will get about 100 questions from four subjects to solve in 90 minutes. They should have good speed in solving the questions to be able to score high.

All the sections of LUMET, i.e. General Awareness, Quantitative Ability, Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning and English Verbal Ability & Comprehension, have equal weightage. Every section carries 25 questions and 50 marks. Thus, candidates must ensure that they solve a good number of questions in every section for an overall good score.

Yes, Lucknow University accepts CAT and CMAT score for MBA admission. Candidates who wish to apply through CAT or CMAT score are not required to appear for LUMET. They can fill the Lucknow University application form and directly participate in the Personal Interview round.

Lucknow University MBA admission process includes LUMET (CAT/CMAT) and Personal Interview (PI) round. The entrance exam score carries 70 points, PI carries 30 points. The final selection will be done on the basis of the candidate's performance in these two rounds. The seat will be allotted through a common counselling.
