M.A Eligibility

To be eligible for an MA at Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit,  you must have an undergraduate degree (10+2+3) from a recognised university.  For MA in Sanskrit, you must also have:  A bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks in Sanskrit or an equivalent disciplineA minimum of 50-55% in BA Sanskrit or any equivalent higher degreeQualified for entrance exams such as CUET-PG, DSVEE, etc.The MA in Sanskrit programme is two years long. The average annual course fees generally ranges between INR 10,000 and 1,00,000eneral Eligibility:Bachelor's Degree: You must hold a Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university in India.Minimum Marks: You must have secured at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories) in your Bachelor's degree.Entrance Exam: Many MA programs at SSUS require you to appear and qualify in the Sree Sankaracharya University Entrance Exam (SSUEE).

Jamia Millia Islamia offers a two-year MA programme, admission to which is offered based on the entrance conducted by the university, i.e. JMI Entrance Eest.
