M.A Eligibility

To secure admission to the MA programme at Rajasthan University (UNIRAJ), applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject, meeting course-specific prerequisites. The selection process mandates successful performance in the university's URATPG entrance examination, applicable to all MA specialisations. Candidates are typically required to have completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a minimum aggregate of 48% or possess 55% marks in the subject they intend to pursue for post-graduation. Alternatively, they can also qualify with a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification featuring at least 55% marks in the aggregate.

The eligibility and selection criteria for admission in MA at BBAU Lucknow are described below:Candidate should possess a BA degree in relevant discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for reserved categories).The candidate must appear in the CUET-PG exam conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) and should prepare well for the exam.Applicants whose CUET-PG score is above the closing rank mentioned in the cut-off list released by Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU) can register further for the counselling round.Finally, students need to get their documents verified through the admission cell of the university and should pay the tuition fee in order to get their MA programme seat confirmed.

Candidate must have a bachelor's degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade. Applicants belonging to SC/ST are eligible for a relaxation of 5%, i.e., a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade. Applicants expecting their final year results can also apply in SIMC. However, their admission will be provisional and subject to their proof of graduation with 50% marks or equivalent grade.
