The minimum eligibility for pursuing this course is that the student should have completed their graduation from a recognised college in India. The student should have also obtained the minimum marks as mentioned by the university. This ranges from 45%-55% generally.

Eligibility for MA Economics is:
Interested aspirants for Economics degree must fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria.
BA (Hons) in Economics subject a minimum aggregate score of 50% at the level of graduation.
Although, the eligibility criteria may differ for entrance exam procedure and merit-based admission process. As in Delhi University, the eligibility for merit-based admissions is aggregate 50% in BA (Hons) Economics done from DU only.

Eligibility criteria for admission in M.A in English: Minimum 50% required in graduation. Candidates with 45% marks in English as a subject in graduation are eligible to apply or B.A(Hons.) in English or B.Sc(Hons.).
