Yes, you are eligible for MA Human rights from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerela. Degree from IGNOU is accepted by all the colleges.

For some private universities, you are eligible but for government universities such as Delhi University and BHU, you have to score a minimum of 55% to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the university.

After completion of BA in Journalism and Mass Communication, your son can apply for Master degree of Journalism and Mass Communication anywhere in India. One thing is there. He has to go through all the admission criteria and processes by the respective universities.
