You can enter into these field with these degree
Creative writing
Media industry
Advertising firm
You can do bed and than apply for teaching job
Or you can give net exam or start PhD for lecturer job in college's
You can do any foreign language to enhance your skills as in translator.
You can do mba hr as in enter into management level .

That is quite difficult in regular mode because most of the colleges or universities require ba in English but you can approach to universities under distance mode like CCS university etc to pursue Ma English.

You should go for Net exam or enrolled for PhD programme if you are interested for lecturer ship in college otherwise you start hunting the job into creative writing or even you can enter into Journalism industry with the knowledge of strong creative writing and communication skills.
