HiM.A. English requires pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) or equivalent. Try to go for a college which would give your career an impetus by aiding to your research work too as a career after Masters would boom if added with a UGC NET exam and a Ph.D. Browse some good institutions giving academic excellence like Sri Ram College, AMU with experienced faculty and good infra structure, LPU with good academics, platform and exposure It also provides special aids for students to pursue their research. So browse a college which would give you the best boost for your career. All the best !

Hi,
Yes after B.A. If you pursue your Masters degree you are definitely heading towards to a successful career. You can give UGC NET after your master which has a great bearing in your teaching career in a university. You can also join Ph.D. even in a part time mode and continue with a teaching job. There are many marketing and sales centers which require Masters along with fluent communication skills. So M.A. English would be very good option for a prolific career. Hi
In my opinion I think that after B.Ed if you pursue your Masters, it would be better because then after Masters
even with your teaching you can start your Ph.D. In this way you can make a good career for life time. Moreover while teaching if you pursue you will be able to get a good slab of scholarship for you Ph.D. too. I would suggest that you first do your M.A. From a good college like LPU, Lady Sri ram College etc. Which would be good for your Masters as well as your Ph.D. All the Best !
