No, you can't. Geography is practical-based and if you don't have it in your Bachelor's degree then you can't pursue Master's degree.

The average annual fee charged for the course in India ranges between INR 2000 and 1 Lakh, depending upon the institute offering this 3- year long course. The basic eligibility criterion needed to be fulfilled for applying to the course is graduation completed with a minimum aggregate score of 50%from a recognized university.

It is a very good Open University. Other top Universities which offer distance learning are:
