JNU Entrance exam paper will be easily available through Google. The papers can not be posted here as there is no option to do so. You can Check the website of JNU for papers too.

Candidates wishing to pursue MA in Hindi, need to have completed the below-mentioned eligibility criteria.
1. Bachelor's degree obtained through the 10+2+3 system from a recognized university.
2. Minimum 50% marks in aggregate at the level of graduation with Hindi as one of the subjects.

For doing Masters in Hindi literature, you need to be a graduate in the same language.

To apply for MA in Hindi, you need to have a minimum of 40% in BA. You must be a graduate in any subject with Hindi as an optional or compulsory subject or a second language.

I think there's no entrance for it. And the forms will out from November. Keep following jmi.ac.in for further details. Or one can directly come to the department in the University and collect the exact information.
