Jamia M.A. HRM is a good option as brand value is high & fees us very low. Also, the college provide decent placement opportunities. So, it is a good option. With CAT score of 70-80 you can try few other good b school like LPU, IPE, NIA, BIMTECH etc. Also, distance PGDM in HR from Symbosis, IGNOU, Kurushetra university along with job is also a good option.

Top colleges for M.A. HR in India are TISS, Madras college of Social Work, St Xavier college Mumbai, Jamia New Delhi, There are few good colleges across India offering M.A. In HR as most offer it in M.A. Mode. In Bangalore, there are not much colleges offering HRM in M.A. Mode. Few of them are Shristi Arts college, Jayanti College.

MAT exam is only considered for PGDM. For others, you will have to attend CAT, CMAT or KMAT

It is the best filed which you are going to enter. You can pursue your PhD in a relevant stream to your education. TISS does not offer an MBA programme. It offers the following courses M.A. In HRM & LR disaster management and many more. You can check on the TISS website. MBA with a concentration in Human Resources programme curriculum is mainly focused on business. Students enrolled in this programme take a certain number of business courses which give them a broad base of knowledge of how all the parts of a modern business operate and work together. M.A. In Human Resources and Labour Relations in TISS, Mumbai is a highly specialised course in Human Resources as compared to an MBA where you study basic management and choose HR as a specialisation.

You should go for MA in HR as MA in HR has not much Opportunities. You can apply to colleges using your MAT score. Just check which all colleges you can apply with your score and also check your academic eligibility criteria. If you have a 50% throughout, then you can apply to BIMM, IIMS, XIME, XISS, etc.
