Candidate must be a graduate from a recognised university. Candidates appearing in final year can apply on provisional basis. Interested candidates can apply online with the required information. Yes, you can apply for MA in journalism in any Indian university because for taking admission in Masters in journalism and mass communication. The minimum eligibility criteria is Bachelors degree in any stream. After that a few institutes conduct a common entrance exam for the admission in same course. So you have to search in which university you are applying.

If you want to do this course in Nepal, then you can apply in Kathmandu University. If you want to do it in India, then search for reputed universities providing the course. As per me, the last date for submitting the application form of government universities has gone. You may apply online in Amity University.
