Acharya Nagarjuna University Centre for Distance Education provides Journalism course through distance elarning mode only. So yes, if you enrol with the course, you will be studying via distance mode only.

The basic eligibility for admission to MAMC program is a Bachelor or equivalent degree in any stream. The course is of 2 years duration. The tuition fee for the program ranges from 50,000 INR to 3 Lakh INR for two years.
A post-graduate degree in Mass Communication opens up career avenues in many media related fields. An MAMC degree holder can find job in areas such as editing, publishing, script-writing, direction, film-making, etc. The average starting salary for MAMC graduates can fall in the range of 12,000 INR to 25,000 INR per month.

You are already pursuing a Master's degree which already make you a leader. According to me, instead of taking parallel courses, you should look forward to gain some internship training, which will nourish your CV and will make you excel in the interviews. Yes having an extra course during Bachelors could have helped you, because you were supposed to choose your career, but when you have already decided that and following the same route then these certificates won't be beneficial.
