After pursuing post-graduation (Masters degree) you can make your career as an Assistant Professor. I hope that you are aware with the UGC NET (University Grants Commission - National Eligibility Test).The National Testing Agency will conduct NET (National Eligibility Test) on behalf in December 2018. Aspirants who are interested to become a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) can appear in UGC NET Exam. Know more about UGC NET https://www.eduncle.com/cbse-ugc-net-exam. Well, if you were interested in Psychology, then go for MA. If you were interested in higher package jobs, go for MA. You will get good packages from MBA, as compared to MA, if you do it from one of the top institutes.

Psychology is a special subject. A student needs to know many things/aspects about the subject before he / she is ready for PG. Hence even though you have done MBA you are presently not eligible. You should do graduation first and then you will be eligible.
