Yes, you can appear for the UP PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) examination for Political Science with an MA in Public Administration as Public administration falls under the Social Science stream and is indeed related to Political Science. Officially, there are no such restrictions but to be sure please refer to the official announcement of the UP PGT exam or in this case the eligibility criteria on the commission’s webpage.

No, Jamia Millia Islamia does not conduct interviews for admission to the MA Public Administration or MA International Relations programs. Admission is based on the candidate's performance in the entrance exam and the merit list.The entrance exam for MA Public Administration and MA International Relations is a combined exam consisting of questions on General English, General Awareness, and the relevant subject (Political Science for MA Public Administration and International Relations).Candidates who meet the minimum eligibility criteria and score above the cut-off marks in the entrance exam are offered admission to the program.

IITs are also offering quality education in M.A. Now. This course has a total of 4 semesters. The minimum eligibility criteria for M.A. Is a Bachelor's degree in any discipline after 10+2 from a recognised board, and a minimum aggregate of 55% or more. IIT admission will begin soon. The Institute will release application forms tentatively in March 2023. Aspiring candidates can apply on the official website of IIT.
