Normally speaking, admission in MA is based on some relevant knowledge of graduation level in that subject. Specially, in the subjects that you have mentioned. However, to be doubly sure, you can approach the principal of your intended college for any further clarification.

It will be conducted on June 18, 2018.
The application form is available from May 14 to June 7 in offline mode.

I am sorry but you cannot. You need to be a B.Ed to pursue M.Ed at Dibrugarh University. The minimum eligibility is a B.Ed.
